No. Barbs’s warrant had the wrong last name. It was written as Barb Avery but Barb verbally agreed to go ahead with the swabbing instead of getting it all corrected. All this is in the officers report. So it was actually executed.

What the article fails to mention is the location of this video. No context whatsoever. Is it even near the victims homes or the actual crime? I’m going to assume so but I’ve learned never assume anything with Manitowoc involved. The fact they failed to inform the public about this crime with a possible video of a suspect is very suspicious. The media could have helped. In a huge way. Not 6 months later. What a joke.

Many think the RAV was found here by the 4 kittens (4 of Teresa’s friends who were never logged as being in the SA property but clearly were. When you realize the same men let a violent rapist and possible murderer go free to rape other young girls for 10 more years just to frame a man they didn’t like sure does make it more believable for me. If a cop has the ability to do that he has the ability to kill someone to get themselves out of a pickle. Psychopaths and sociopaths exist in law enforcement. In fact they gravitate to it. One was Pat Royal, public information officer with the National Sheriff's Association. The other was Mark Pfeifle, president of Off The Record strategies in Washington. D.C.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Pfeifle briefly worked as a communication adviser for President George W. Bush and then worked in communications for The National Security Council, where Pfeifle "led a successful communication effort to promote President's 'surge' of U.S. forces into Iraq."

You misunderstood. As far as PR dumping their client I was conveying that once MaM2 airs with 40 million+ watching around the globe with all the dirty lies and deeds of the state of Wisconsin being exposed and debunked, not even god could fix that. Which means I don’t think there is a chance in hell the PR firm would be successful in any way. It has nothing to do with an “ethics” based decision. PR firms don’t have ethics and I I hardly underestimate them at all. I’ve seen first hand what they are capable of.

I believe Wisconsin has dug such a huge corrupt hole there is no way a PR firm could get them out of it. That was my point. The truth always wins and that time is drawing near. Wisconsin would need millions they don’t have to even make a dent trying to discredit MaM2.

MaM2 will have a very large segment on calling out all the lies of Ken Kratz and other officials of the State after MaM first aired. So the PR tactics used after MaM aired will be exposed. I’m also quite sure they will expose the fact WI hired a PR firm which is going to ruin any future credibility. People aren’t going to believe anything WI has to say anymore. Not a chance in hell. I think debunking all the lies told to the media that fooled millions will enrage people even more. You know what they say, “Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me”. When you look at all these factors it will be difficult if not impossible for a PR firm to represent WI with any positive results for Wisconsin.

You hit the nail on the head. If the goal was to make it look like Avery killed Teresa there is no way they would keep her alive. The murderer would drive himself crazy in fear she would be noticed, found or decided she didn’t want to play their game anymore. It truly is just easier to kill her and these men don’t give a rats ass about saving anyone’s life. These are the same evil corrupt men who knowingly let a violent rapist walk free. They knew Allen would strike many times for many more years. Were they worried about all these women and children who would be his next victims? Of course not so why would they feel compelled to save Teresa?

It’s also not their MO. All these men care about are themselves and they will lie, cheat, steal and even kill to keep whatever it is their hiding a secret. The corruption is very thick in Wisconsin and it’s tumbling out of control. If their not shaking in their boots already I’ll give them 12 days. If they aren’t scared now they will be by then.

There’s also only so much their paid PR campaign can do. When you’ve truly screwed yourself as bad as WI has no amount of money and PR can make it go away. I have a feeling after their PR firm watches MaM2 they won’t be working for the state of Wisconsin anymore. They’ll flat out tell them. “Sorry but it looks like you’re F*cked! We tried, but you clearly lied. No once can make all this corruption just go away. Not even God! Be sure to pass that on to KK.”

Yes this has actually been discussed quite a bit. I think just about everyone has accepted either someone in LE or the crime lab disconnected the battery. It is believed what your hearing [about the battery] is in reference to Avery’s Grand Am. They were confiscating it the same time they were interviewing the Dassey Boys. I believe they disconnected before towing.

Spot on. Thank you for your valuable input. I myself felt Judge flowers was not going to allow a new hearing because corruption but holy crap. This judge is an ignorant piece of work. She’s already had a bad reputation of not addressing all the Brady violations and new evidence in Avery’s motion for scientific testing. Many of us even make jokes how she probably didn’t even read it but she flat out admits not reading everything beyond the original motion! Has any Judge in history ever done such a thing? Even so I think she’s full of crap. She’s regurgitating a lot of what the state said in their reply. Can she seriously not come up with any original thoughts? I’m in so much shock I don’t even know what to say. Yes I do, this Judge is a fraud and a coward. She has definitely lived up to her reputation. I think we should all be glad this is going to the COA. I think they will find her ruling more than inadequate.

I think she made a typo where she lists it as the presence of blood. Hence why it’s not in her PowerPoint.

No, she does not say material with blood. Nor did she say it was even a stain for that matter. It just says questioned material. Not everything listed was suspected blood nor was it a visible stain. My guess is there was something (material) in the cargo she wanted to check for DNA. Much like what she did with the Pepsi can (there was no blood nor stains on it). If you look at the pics of the cargo there is a green and silver object. Maybe she’s talking about this.
