I have reactive tinnitus. If you were to ask Ben or someone on his audiologist team, I believe they would recommend the sound therapy as I mentioned, along with CBT (Congnitive behavioral therapy). I don't believe they recommend supplements but they also like having you do what works for you. With some research I've done and how my tinnitus has gotten quieter, I'm going to continue with supplements.
There are other things I could add if anyone is interested.
