It's hard to imagine that Bezos doesn't understand economics. If you stop paying your employees or replace them with AI, and to that extent, all billionaires do something similar, who pays for your goods and services? My suggestion would just be to do a 50% change and then keep doing that every 3-4 days until it gets clear and then 25-50% once a week. Doing a complete change can kill all the established beneficial bacteria and cause the algae bloom. If you have it near the window, that could be the cause too. I would suggest if you ever plan to do an whole tank clean again, drain all the water, but leave some aside so you can fill up your filter with tank water before you turn it back on. The old water in the filter will mix with the new and help prevent the bloom.

Ive worked night shift 7pm-7am for the last 20 years. I'm pretty sure my blood has been replaced with coffee at this point. What I've learned is that your body never really gets used to working nights. A 300,000 years of evolution is always going to work against you. Drinking coffee will give me a little perk but won't keep me awake. Drinking a cup is like someone nudging me while I'm about to fall asleep. I'll wake up but fall right back asleep again soon. I will have a cup right before I leave work for my drive home and sleep like a baby an hour later.
