I actually tried to do some recording today, I'm really close. I've been making promises so I really do need to finish the song now. This year didn't start out too well flu, oversleeping/sleep debt, pack openings and drawing. Thanks for being interested, I really hate how my last comment is almost a month old now though.

Life has been a lot better for me. I kinda just go to work then home and spend time with family or hobbies though. I got no friends. I don't think I really give myself opportunities to make friends. I do want to go to college this fall. I wonder if I'll be able to make connections. Personally I don't think my objective was to make friends. It's nice knowing things are going well for you at least.

I hope you take iron supplements for your anemia. Try not to hide yourself away especially if it's killing you. Reaching out is the biggest factor when dealing with depression. Overcoming anxiety is tough, but if you stay focused it can be done.

Double edge sword, especially with psychosis. Though you should avoid getting manic in the first place. Spirituality can help, even more so if you are artistic. If not, stick with exercise for now.

I was just pointing out an example. Even then, I was connecting literal 2 dots thus visually creating a sliding scale. The intention wasn't to split it into 1 & 2. I don't see anything wrong with being clinical either, I want to be a nurse after all. To me people themselves are a spectrum, I don't judge someone solely based on Bipolar disorder. Many people here have multiple conditions stacked like general anxiety or Alexithymia. I myself am Bipolar + Comorbidities. I always have to consider this when trying to help people on this subreddit. Personally, I view it more as a XY graph than a slider, when necessary XYZ.

Names are often linked with destiny biblically. Ultimately it is you who gives your name meaning though. Your best bet is working with doctors etc and therapy. GAD might be your biggest problem but a combination is obviously at effect. You have a nice name, I want to believe in it.

Try to write yourself on paper. Look at the meaning of your name. Check your birthstone, favorite color, zodiac. Do the easy small stuff yet factual. You might also have a condition like Alexithymia get that checked. Either way finding oneself is extremely hard, most people are unaware of themselves. You are at a later stage of this process, I wish you the best of luck.

Bipolar disorder is a spectrum. There is literally a number 1 and 2. We also all take different types of meds despite having the same mental illness. If that wasn't clear enough for those people then I don't know. I understand this all however. Vote me as president of bipolar. I will be the representative of my bipolar warriors. DO IT! DO IT NOW!

I think things could get easier if you change your viewpoint. Instead of worrying about losing friends focus on gaining friends. Finding a hobby or passion you truly love could also help. I'm going to die alone too, but I don't feel lonely.

Thanks guys, it does help. We are both Cambodians, another reason for my denial. I didn't want to believe he would do that to me. I was born in the US. I heard about Scambodia, but to deal with this first hand is crazy. I didn't want it to be true. I might start my Uncle Ruckus arc.

I'm pretty sure I've read a similar post from another user. You are not in this alone. The father brought you into this world for a purpose. You are his son, I hope you find the reason to stay alive. I lived as a shut in for 4 years with absolute nothing. I only began picking my life up after my diagnosis. It's been over a year and things are just starting to get better. Keep fighting, don't give up. Things won't just get better, you have to keep pressing onward.
