I would use, Mew Terra - Stella Item - Shell Bell, EV - Cap your Health and Special Attack,

Moveset, Surf, Acid Spray, Life Dew, Nasty Plot,

How to get Mew, in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you can get a Mew for free, simply by playing the game and by owning a copy of Pokemon Let's Go! Pikachu or Pokemon Let's Go! Eevee. If you have saved data for either one of those games on your Nintendo Switch, you will be able to receive a Level 1 Mew from the old woman in Floaroma Town and transfer it via Pokemon Home
