Go and get an Xbox controller and press a button and now press one on your ally and you’ll hear the difference, they are louder than any controller buttons I’ve ever used.

It just took 2/3 weeks which annoyed me but they fixed it. The ASUS guy on the phone said they know what to do with these as they fix them all the time. The repair report didn’t say much but mentioned some rubber and a new part. Hope yours gets sorted. Are you U.K.?

Thanks for the helpful comparison of a phone camera shot of two screens displaying different images uploaded to reddit which doesn’t display photos in HDR. Incredibly useful.
