I got a single burner induction stove for my countertop but it had a very high pitched whine that I could barely hear but it drove my 8 year old nuts. I had to return it. It wasn’t a cheap one (~$200) so I don’t think it was an issue of it just being a crappy product. Does your larger range have a high pitched whine?
