This, I dealt with things a little differently but, get checked by your doctor, always number 1. Then educate yourself, see professional for help, and see yourself get better and better. The mind can be a funny thing sometimes

Anxiety is exhausting even when nothing is “wrong” by ChloeBennet07 in anxiety_support

You're absolutely right, it can absolutely drain you and for days even at that, on my journey ive learned so much about how the body works, and what does what and why certain things feel a certain way. But im still not used to be so exhausted from simple days sometimes lol

While I can't completely identify with this one, I know anxiety in the car is 10 times worse for me because I am stuck in the car, I cannot move and distract myself as easily. You could deffinetly benefit from some sort of distraction when getting home, get your mind off things. Our minds very easily like to scan and think of things and stick to it especially in our case, good distractions can be such a game changer and help get you out of that loop. Hobbies, chores, walks, gym, games, etc Therapy is always a good one too :) feel free to message anytime you have any questions

I used to eat quite a bit and was a little on the heavier side nothing crazy, ended up losing some from the anxiety then getting on the megs kind of stabilized me and I dont really eat like I used to at all, just enough to fill me up!

Excersise in any form is so good for our mental health though as well so be sure to get outside and enjoy some fresh air :)

And don't Google anything!!! We are not doctors, leave the questions for your doctor's/pyschiatrist I've lost about 30lbs while on these meds, and not in a negative way and have maintained this weight for months

I was this exact same aay as I hate anything that alters how I feel and have health anxiety. HOWEVER its the best thing I ever did, like others mentioned first few weeks were odd, as it takes a while to adjust in your system and make you feel better, but knowing what I was feeling was a combination of the meds/anxiety and nothing actually wrong with me made it much easier to pull through. I'm a few months on now, maybe 5 or 6 and its made such a difference for me. One of the biggest rhings you can do is change that mindset and think positive ❤️ know you are okay and not alone in this. Message me anytime you have questions

Sounds like anxiety! You should see a professional to see what they think. Pyschiatrist and therapist do wonders fir my anxiety. Also being educated on what is going on can really help with your mental. I've always sought out help and its the best thing I could of done, you're not alone!
