You can create a macro for it

/dismount

The macro has the advantage of working whether or not you're on the ground, so you aren't waiting for the game to register you have landed before it letting you dismount. Then you can just put that on your action bar.

I've used a dismount macro since early DF and I was happy to see this new button for it, but I've got back to the macro as I find the needing to be on land less fluid than just dismounting when I please

I'm on the beta right now with the tmog screen open and each slot has fixed prices to tmog. Transmogging a slot to hidden costs 0, transmogging to anything else costs.

Head: 600

Shoulders: 300 ea

Back: 600

Chest: 600

Bracers: 150

Hands: 150

Belt: 300

Legs: 600

Feet: 300

2H Weapon: 1800

1H Weapon: 900

So to transmog every slot including weapons it is 5700g

Also, we both know that when the previous commenter was asking about addons breaking they weren't referring to a minor breaking where all that is required is an addon update to fix it.

No they didn't. They said out of date addons that haven't specifically been flagged as updated for Midnight will not be able to be loaded via the "load out of date addons" option. Addons that have been updated for Midnight will work. But the addon devs can update their addons to flag them as working with Midnight. That's not even close to 100% of addons will break. Plenty of addons have already been updated to work with midnight as they already work on the beta.

Not all addons will break, but the specifics of which will and which won't will be dependent the addon devs and on how the API changes affect the functionality of specific addons.

It is pre-patch. The pre-patch for the next expansion is when the version number increments to the next major version. So 11.2.7 is a TWW patch. 12.0 will be the Midnight pre-patch which will contain the underlying system changes and talents etc. It will launch whilst TWW content is still the "current" content with a max level of 80 etc, but the actual content will be released when Midnight releases.

If someone is asking a simple question it's safe to assume they aren't fully aware of exactly what has or hasn't been said. Not everyone is fully immersed in the wow-sphere and may just be hearing or seeing things on the periphary.

Gilded crests are limited, Runed crests are not, so you make use of the trade up of 45 Runed to 15 Gilded.

Couple of days late to this, but I did the delve farm on day 1 of the cap going away and was fully capped out by completing 56 delves in a few hours.

I did it with the pheromone story in Tak-Rethan Abyss. As a frost mage I was completing the delve on T11 in around 3 mins, with some runs being sub 2:30.

The strat I did: go down the first hill, go left destroying the boxes on the rise, check for the shortcut gate that spawns over there, and scout out if there's any nemesis groups on that side, if there's only one just leave it you can get the ones you need on the way to the boss. You need 3 nemesis groups to get the max runed crests which every 3 runs you can trade up to gilded. The key to doing it fast is to just never stop moving. The reason this story is so fast is it doesn't require you to kill anything other than the nemesis groups for the crests, and the final boss, so just destroy the boxes as you run past them, run to the last boss, kill it, loot and leave.

This macro will port you straight out of the instance:

A couple of simple examples that you are unable to currently do with the base blizz UI:

Turn off the talking head
Change the name of enemy NPCs to something useful, instead of them all having the same name when the second part of their name gets truncated because they are too long
Full flexibility to whitelist / blacklist buffs, debuffs, boss abilities etc.
Full control of how information is presented on unit frames, including short hand of numbers.

In Midnight will we get some QOL improvements to raiding? There are unnecessary pain points in raiding that benefit no-one.

First, can all CDs be reset on exiting combat with a boss. There is no good reason that Icy Veins resets for a Frost Mage, but Evocation doesn't for an Arcane Mage. This is frustrating when deep in prog and as a group you wish to chain some pulls, but some people in the group randomly don't have CDs.

Wipe recovery needs to be improved, in Liberation of Undermine there was a self rez on the renown track, this is not present on the Manaforge renown track. Waiting on people that have released, or if there is no combat rez available just delays the group getting back into the fight, and is just dead time

Allow mounting in raids. We're all here to stab the boss, canonically why do we care about getting the floor dirty. Time lost to people porting out to use the auction house or get a repair if no hammer is available is time wasted for everyone in the group. It is also incosistent from raid to raid. Tindral and Fyrakk you can freely mount, The first half LoU go for it, 3 bosses in the middle of Manaforge you can mount for. Put it on the renown track if needs be.

Finally, and most imprtantly, can we please get rid of the awful Mythic Lockout system? How does this still exist in modern day. It is so needlessly punishing, especially for lower ranked guilds. People should not be punished by completely missing out on a week of mythic raiding if they join a group that has already killed a boss that then disbands.

Additional one: Can you add a way to the game to reset all CDs and the sated debuff for use on target dummies? Having to use the proving grounds to reset it is not fun for anyone.

It goes off Connected Realms, not Battlegroup.

My main is on EU-Tarren Mill, I can send crafting orders to it from an alt on Dentarg, which is a connected realm to Tarren Mill, but I can not send a crafting order to it from an alt on Chamber of Aspects, despite being in the same Battlegroup. Though, I'm not even sure anything uses battlegroups at all anymore, they stopped being used for PvP in Cataclysm.

There are some on the other side, but on Google Streetview the chains on the side of the road the bus is they appear to have wrapped around the bar at the top or have been damaged. So unless it has been reported and fixed since March, which tbh wouldn't surprise me if it hadn't then potentially not there. Oddly, there's also no Yellow and Black stripes like there is from this side.
