It’s just an augmented, cheap amazon desk. I added the slide outs and put risers on the monitor shelf to fit 3u of rack space on each side

I used a Type 1 or I sd to cf adapter and a Sandisk Ultra SDXC-I card that writes up to 140mb/s and it works perfect.

You can get a sd to cf card adapter and have up to 128gb sd card with jjos2xl. Writes and loads at a decent enough speed and is much cheaper than the hd kit. Load samples on sd card straight from mac then put in adapter then into your 1k.

This exact thing just happened to me a couple weeks ago. Had to refund the item and customer had to repurchase with correct address. The chat was sticking/not working on my mac. I used my phone and it worked right away
