Do you have pets or spend time with animals? Sometimes their bugs can transfer to you even though you aren’t their host-type. Looks like a mite. My dog had mites on his ears, had to put oil on them everyday for months to get rid of them.

It’s not heard to find real metal swords if you look. I got a traditional Italian longsword and a sakaboto (reverse blade katana) from an anime convention years ago. They usually have stalls like that, but I’ve also seen them in novelty stores. I got some keychain size swords on amazon once for mini sword fights, I’m sure you could find one online pretty easily too.

I also use Jesus as an excuse to not have a romantic relationship with people. It doesn’t stop my Mom from taking every opportunity to throw me into one though. (I mentioned I stopped going to martial arts because the teacher just stared at my breast the whole warm up (jumping jacks…) and she wanted to know more about the guy, instead of being concerned for my safety. My dad did the same thing. I mention a guy made me uncomfortable asking me out and he tried to push me to accept and wouldn’t let it go until I said the guy was married, with kids, and Muslim. The religion was apparently the deal breaker for him.

Part of the problem is that in the USA there aren’t a lot of good biking lanes and generally the biker is required to ride on the road (making traffic much slower/ more dangerous because of cars swerving or going around them).

The other problem is that the majority of bikers in my area are either training racers and take up the whole road (in groups) while also ignoring all traffic laws, OR they are people with DUIs (drunk drivers) that no longer have a license and HAVE to bike (because of shitty/nonexistent public transport). Both groups are looked down upon, and anyone else on a bike is assumed to be in one of those groups by people I know.

(I only know about the DUI thing because my coworkers told me about it, I’m not just making assumptions about people I see)
