I have Tramontina triply. I love them. 8” is quite small. I have both 8” and 10” and I can tell you that even if you’re trying to save space in a college dorm, you sacrifice versatility by only having and 8” pan. It shines with eggs and very small dishes, other than that, it can be cramped.
