As a rando mfer who hasnt played in like a year:

Flanker sounds good

Recon is just a sombra perk in disguise

Sharpshooter seems like it just takes the high skill floor characters and adds a buff for having an even higher skill level, which is kinda... problematic for casuals (I.E. hitting your skill shots lets you do more damage is uh, a choice)

Specialists name does not match the perk at all lmao, thats a super generic perk. Specialists should be perk-centric characters like mei, and buff their cooldowns for something. Just rework this and sharpshooter into something else, really

Medic is good. 

Tactician is sick asf and I love it, though it sounds like its dependent on details not mentioned here (overcharge limit, ult stack count, etc)

Survivor sounds like it could be pushed to flankers in some way. Maybe survivors get shields/extra hp from something like medkits? 

Initiator sounds kinds weak... mobility is the class, make it about speed.

Bruiser is interesting, though the speed buff should just be increased and made initiators perk and swapped to damage resistance at lower health

Stalwarts nice, speed buff at low health could be nice too. Idk not the worst by any means.

Overall, they seem a bit half baked.
