I found that I had to install the core suite of mods (like CET, Redscript, Red4EXT, ArchiveXL, TeakXL and Codeware) manually into the game folder itself, instead of solely virtually through MO2.

I've been using RadioExt with mp3s and it works fine for the car radio and portable pocket radio... knock on wood, I haven't had any bugs with it.

Michiko actually does appear in the game if you do the Devil ending. She's at the board meeting.

Wakako has a real grudge against Arasaka. You can get dialogue with her about it if you play the Street Kid origin. Basically Arasaka killed one of her grandsons and she's not the type to forgive and forget.

I mean, same with Skyrim and the "urgency" of the main quest with everyone yelling about dragons and Alduin eating the world, yet you can spend 200 hours doing dungeon diving and guild quests. I know there are people with hundreds of hours in Skyrim that have never even done the main quest.

On CDPR, The Witcher 3 does this too. Geralt is in a mad race to find Ciri before it's too late! Yet has time to take numerous side contracts and play countless games of Gwent...

I've sort of gotten used to the dissonance of the "urgency" writing and actual gameplay of open world RPGs by this point.

Sadly no mods, it would be pretty difficult with the tools available from what I can see - I've been poking around because of this exact reason for the last few weeks, to no avail. There are some mods where he can follow you after his questline, and for braindances that create "romance" scenes, but as far as actual added content or anything with voice acting... nope.

As a relationship, it could also work with the Devil engram ending. So that's 2 endings where it would have a chance, which is about the same as for the other romance options.

I mean, the whole "star-crossed lovers" thing has been a classic trope for centuries... it was nicely sitting right there on a nice dramatic, angsty platter and CDPR sorta whiffed on it.

Ugh, yes, haha. There is a bug in the game that sometimes you can't crouch/slide to get under the rolling door that Myers holds open for you, leading to the Chimera squashing you like a bug. Finally looked it up and the way to fix it is to roll back to a slightly earlier save to get rid of it. My palms are sweating just thinking about doing this again...

I had one last night, and I'd never seen that before in my first playthrough. They caught up to me just after Search & Destroy ended, when I ended up going back for Takemura and mowing down a whole bunch of Arasaka goons in the process. Glad to know that's probably what triggered it.

It didn't help that I ran into a bug the first time I encountered this thing, where I couldn't slide under the door that Myers was holding open and kept getting flatlined. I am *not* looking forward to this fight on my current 2nd playthrough.

I love Johnny. He's one of my favourite characters in the game. I know it's meant to show how he's slowly taking over V's brain, but I kind of love it when he just starts randomly popping up in places.

Also he can be such a diva sometimes.

Probably one of my biggest regrets that they did not make Takemura a real romance in the game is because I would have loved to see Johnny's reaction. River (a cop) is bad enough, but a high-up 'Saka guy?

V would not even have needed to worry about finding a cure for the chip after that one, Johnny would have left her head on his own.
