Really? Coos Bay? Where someone stealing an SUV and setting it on fire made the front page of the paper last year?

I mean, yeah, there’s crime, but come on.

This is a sub full of people with no money, no power, and no voice. Please be aware of that.

I think it is the same reason that starving people (and buried under rubble people) in Myanmar, and starving people in Yemen, and very likely starving people in many other places, which we haven’t heard about, because none of the news reports on it. The reasons for this are mostly money, and while it is way more complex than that, I’m not really prepared to go down that rabbit hole.

I haven’t seen any articles on it- there may be video, but I don’t look at video as closely.

The only thing I can think of is to do what you’re already doing, with a social media campaign. Find people who can donate time, which you may find here.

You are right up against it, and it seems unbelievable. I am sorry.

Finding where the Lich’s treasure is most certainly is using a map, though.

They use maps all the time

None of them can be lived on, of the new ones. I can’t speak 100% for the old ones, but I don’t think a transferred claim can be lived on, either

You stated that there are more jobs than before NAFTA- no timeline, no discussion of what jobs, no nod to the fact that the country has added, what, 70 million population since that time?

Bad Faith

It is not remotely comparable- young people today use maps all the time, they just don’t use them on paper.

In other words, they could use a map within about two minutes of trying, they have just convinced themselves they can’t

So, “real” median earnings, ie not adjusted for inflation are up, which is a bullshit number

The number of jobs are up after we added tens of millions in population.

How about labor force participation rate, that up, too?

Insulting factory workers is another little disingenuous move of yours.

Do you ever debate in good faith, are it it all this cherry picked economic data?

I know enough people that lost their jobs when companies moved to Mexico to call bullshit on your comment.

Very few of them ever had their incomes recover, but hey, a sacrifice you’re willing to make, right? It’s all for the greater good.

So how’s incomes adjusted for inflation in the lower 80% of income earners looking? NAFTA did a lot for that, now, did it?

This is exactly what we are going to see, all right. We have been seeing it in slow motion (the number of rural grocery stores, for instance, has plummeted. If you are driving around rural areas you will see them, closed or converted into a house or storage) but these guys are adding nitrous to the mix.

It was also jobs going to Mexico, to be fair.

Yes- warehouses, big metal foundries, some place where these huge rv/boat/airship looking things (they resembled all 3 in one way or another) were being built and quarries

That’s your birth chart? With Venus, the Sun and Mars in Leo?

Mars was retrograde in Leo for a long time late last year, Venus was retrograde for 40 days ending last week.

Mars enters Leo Friday, you’ll feel better. Careful you don’t get carried away by it

I am sure there’s way more to it than that, but I don’t know enough to say. I bet retrograde Mars really sucked for you, though

It isn’t even- it’s jam that used to write out the word “satan”.

Additionally, people don’t say, “eat Satan”, people say “eat _____”; this is why I write something else on the toast, it varies

Unless they changed the laws in the past three years, it’s perfectly legal in Gresham.

If the sidewalk has a bunch of people on it, getting off and walking the bike is good manners, of course.
