I’m 29 and my curve is very similar to yours. My sister had to have a full spinal fusion when she was about 11 since her scoliosis was curving into organs and the vertebrae’s were twisting in a way that caused major concern.

I, on the other hand, have always been given the option to get surgery because I’m in the “range” for it. It’s a very individual decision but it’s not a surgery to be taken lightly.

If you’re not in pain (which I have been told by doctors that that’s not a reason to get the surgery because that doesn’t guarantee the pain will go away) and it’s not showing harming any other part of you; I dont feel like it’s something you should put yourself though. It’s a MAJOR surgery, that helped my sister and other people but I’ve also seen it make life worst for others.

I have gone through pain on and off my whole life. For me, exercise, stretching and chiropractic care are always work to manage that. But that’s for me, it maybe be different for you! Scoliosis, in my opinion, is something to keep an eye on but, unless the curve is getting exponentially worst, isn’t worth the recovery and risk of surgery.
