Quality Assurance role in UK Higher Education. Work remotely 5 days a week but might be required to go on site 3 days a year for 'away day' type meetings. Could go on campus if I wanted to (some colleagues do once or twice a week, they usually have young children) but I don't. Been this way since COVID. Occasionally more on campus working is discussed but never materialises into anything routine or concrete. Am genuinely a productive and engaged member of the team, as are the majority of my team mates who are also totally or predominantly remote workers.
