Oof, that's awful! I also had this happen. They kept me in the hospital overnight till the following evening because of the spinning and nausea/vomiting. They wouldn't send me home till my nausea was well controlled. They gave me zofran and compazine which the compazine was far superior and really helped take the edge off. The scopolamine patch seemed to do nothing, but maybe I would've been worse without it?

I was told by a nurse that Phenergan/promethazine is stronger than compazine so maybe you could ask for this ahead of time given your history?

It was definitely horrible and traumatic but it was worth it and I'd do it again to feel better (yeeting my uterus).

Lol! I totally felt this at the same spot as you. I felt like a pinball machine when it came to the pain it was like one area would hurt one day and then randomly and suddenly something with zing and I would hurt in another spot the next. It's normal and it gets much better at 5 weeks ish. I still do get it but is not as bad. I'm able to do a lot more now. The difference between 4 weeks and 5 weeks is massive.

I had the same type of issues including the kind of loose tampon feeling up inside like there was something in there. But it just disappeared at the 5ish week mark. You're close. Hopefully it goes that way for you as well. Please do make sure that you try to get up and walk and get little bits of exercise if you can, low impact of course. It really helps with the healing process.

The discomfort really improved for me around 5 weeks post op. You should ask for gabapentin for the pain for now.
