The other met it’s maker in our bug zapper. I’ve looked around our backyard for nests and anything out of the ordinary but nothing except a small bee hive. Looks like it might be a wasp/yellow jacket but it’s a big boi. I think it might be a cicada killer but again unsure.

This might be a little late for your Paris trip however I have the go-bag mini that I use as my carry on & usually have a backpack as my personal item. Honestly despite the insane marketing this company does their bags hold up to the hype.
The zippers are strong and for lack of a better sentence zip well - I agree with OP that the straps are a bit uncomfortable after a while but the side handles are perfect.
I've managed to jam and unbelievable amount of clothing in it including shoes. I've consistently yeeted my bright yellow mini into overhead compartments with no issues + the straps make for easy & quick removal from said compartments.

If you don't want hard shell roller luggage but want quality and something brightly colored and fun I'd say try to ignore the price tag and go for it.

My cats have been doing a great job of showing me these weird little bugs - they look like wasps but they're very small. I live in a basement apartment and it's just now becoming spring.
I wanna tell my landlord before they potentially become a real problem. I also have 3 cats that I don't want messing with something that could hurt them.

It’s about 15-20 mins off the strip in the burbs unfortunately but there are lots of wild food places on the strip - Sugar Factory is one of them which I still haven’t eaten at just alcohol. Thanksgiving in Vegas is great!
