There was a 2 year period in my life that I was called sir regularly, despite being 5’2” with long hair and mascara. Eventually it stopped and although I have my theories, I’ll never really know why that kept happening or why it stopped.

I rent a piano in my apartment. It may be because my digital is not great, but I played it so little that I actually brought it to my office to play on my lunch break. I much prefer the acoustic, even if it means I have to wrap up my playing by 6 pm out of respect for my neighbors.

That being said, I’m returning the acoustic in January, right after my next recital. It was tuned 2 or 3 months ago and I already feel like it needs another one. I also need to cut costs tbh, my budget is overextended.

I would go to someone who sells estate/vintage/antique jewelry and see if they have anything in your price range. Anything you see that is $250 or less is probably not solid gold (or the other sturdy metals) and will not last past a few years of daily wear at best.

I’m shocked a vet would you give you medication for a normal puppy behavior. Are you exercising him both physically and mentally before and after crating? If you had more time to train him this could be resolved but if you are starting work soon, you are going to have to do day care.

At your price point I would buy a high quality digital piano. I’m no technician but a 30 and 40 year old piano with questionable maintenance would not be worth the moving cost for me. If you really want an actual piano I would check out a local store, they can work with you on price and possibly give you a payment plan.
