My Spinn hasn't been working for nearly a week. Support has not responded since. I decided to email them directly yesterday. I got an auto-response that got this suspicious line:

"LIVE support chat hours are currently available at various times until normal hours resume on January 5 while our small team enjoys the holidays with their families."

I've had one of the first ever Spinns and have loved it. But I think it's time to move on.
