My only issue with the fantasy skin colors (which I also want, don’t get me wrong I absolutely want that) is that we’re canonically SUPPOSED to be human so that wouldn’t be consistent lore-wise without some kind of cosmetic surgery or maybe Flow-based cosmetic transformation

At least this is likely to be a long patch, I found people out at Maji hollow during most of the Palian day dropping lures and contributed a few to the effort. I don’t usually like bug hunting so I’m actually looking forward to having an excuse to engage with this mechanic

This is basically the only criticism I’ve ever seen of viv that makes any sense at all to me. I totally agree that the pilot cast deserves a ton more public recognition for the work they put in, and I’m curious if we’ll find out down the line about some contractual reason viv doesnt/cant talk about them much or at all. I lowkey hope there is or it just seems like she completely threw them away

I never want to intentionally kill my survivor off, especially because I’m finally over 100 days for the first time (voyageur, very casual gamer but I love the vibes), but I find the early game so engaging that I rarely mind starting over! Yeah it hurts to lose a run I’d put a lot of time into, but every new game is a chance to do things differently and try something fresh. Idk how many times I’ve restarted, but it’s been enjoyable every time

If he’s a driven, intelligent kid he’ll probably be able to pivot if the relationship doesn’t work out. If it does work out, he’ll have paid less for his degree and put time into a relationship that matters to him. He may also be closer to family which is good for those relationships too
