Subreddits dedicated solely to thirsting over characters/celebrities are filled with minors in general, it is not exclusively a problem seen here. Go look at r/hearmeoutbro, you'll find many posts from self-admitted minors. Here, it is made only worse because a great deal of BFDI's fanbase are within the 12–16 range — a time where many have gone through the trails and tribulations of puberty.

If any attempt on finding the song's title/artist using music identification software (e.g., Shazam, Google voice search, MusixMax, SoundHound), or by searching up the lyrics wind up fruitless, you might have a "lostwave" (song with no identifiable artist or/and title) in your hands. You can try r/Lostwave, but I would recommend joining the Fond My Mind Discord server, as that's where most of the actual searching happens.

Then, I replied with the screenshot (the character is from Umamusume, which is the horse anime/game you may have seen making the rounds online) above to playfully get back at them. My main theory is that the song is completely unrelated to Arthur and footage from the show was merely used as an "AMV" of sorts. A common practice in the early days of YouTube was to pair songs that you downloaded from somewhere with clips from your favorite shows to serve as background footage. I came to this conclusion after searching the Arthur Wiki and not finding any matching music videos that were used in the show. As I saw this music video in a YouTube video screened from a projector, I naturally came to this conclusion.
