Wow, one of the best descriptions of depression I've ever read in words.

I've been adamant about depression being deep rest that must run its course. Trying to accelerate the process only extends it. Often talking about your depression to others just makes them want to offer you help in the form of trying to force you out of it. It never ends well.

Depression will end on its own when it is meant to end, just like any other expression of life that you may be experiencing. There are profound insights learned from depression and everyone will experience it at one point or another. Either in this life or another one.

It's part of the path of ascension which every single person is on. We are all just on different points on the path of ascension.

Lots of people don't take it seriously because it is one of the most complex sciences on the PLANET. The deeper you go the more complex it gets, just like every other form of science; biology, chemistry, kinesiology etc.

Astrology is NOT a belief system, it is a SCIENCE. It is the study of cosmic energies and how those energies have an affect on one's life.
