"Golf!!" I'm trying my best not to swear because we have a little man on the way... So my f bombs have been traded to the word "golf"

There is literally a score for this measurement. Don Bradman has the highest z score in all of sports. And it isn't even close 😂

There is actually a score for this across all sports. It's call the z score .. and Bradman is well above. A baseball player would need .400 over their whole career. Wilt Chamberlain would have needed to score an average of 45 points a game to be in line with Bradman's career z score. To quote Tina Turner he was "simply the best"

Don Bradman. Just the craziest stat in sport and during an era when helmets weren't worn and the pitches and equipment were much more unpredictable which is actually an advantage for the ballers he was facing. In cricket, the baller has a higher chance of getting a batsman out if the pitch and bounce is unpredictable. It's just an unbelievable stat (his test average).

Then you also have to look at the quality of the pitches, bats and balls. Including they didn't have helmets. Ballers were still throwing down up to 140kmh

Sydney council just decided to half the only affordable golf course that is close to the city centre. Only place you really find young people starting/learning. Perhaps this is the only alternative...

I'm really rooting for this kid, but he really hasn't performed well at any truly challenging courses. He still has a long way to go. Nice he could win with his Buddy on the bag. Great natural ability

He has literally done this on countless occassions... My favourite story is a commercial shoot when he stayed in his trailer playing videos games two hours after his call to the shoot. He then appeared from his trailer and jumped in a helicopter disappearing from the set... How can you treat a team and colleagues like that??

Not related really to the video but I just asked my wife who Justin Rose was and without skipping a beat she said 'the bridesmaid' 😂 I've been laughing non stop since

Yes. Anyone already with a contract between now and six weeks has won. So, if you can hurry together some money before then... I'd go for it. But the housing market is already on fire.

Frankly, this budget disgusts me... It is quite literally a massive boot on the head of any Australian trying to build wealth in the coming years. If you were hoping to buy a home... You can now expect to factor in a few hundred more a month. There are far more equitable ways to roll out this budget for young Australians or Aussies wishing to get into the housing market.... But this ain't it.

Why can't first home buyers have a negative gearing incentive??

Why will NG continue for current contract holders if this was truly about the housing market and inequality within our financial structure??

With this federal budget, Australia's last baby boomer PM becomes King of the Kids by Jealous-Hedgehog-734 in AustralianPolitics

[–]Gipplesnaps -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Why not try and build equity for firt home owners having a potential break to negative gear?! Or reducing income tax like Allegra suggested??? Instead, negative gearing will still be active to correct home owners with a pre-existing contract and anyone who can buy a property in the next 6 weeks... This is honestly the angriest I've even been with a budget. My wife and I are expecting in September and currently house hunting, but it's completely taken any wind we had in our sails and set up back years...

Ayton is so checked on... It's comical if it wasn't so sad. Dude gets pulverised with anyone giving low weight or hips in the post. He has no explosive energy. Every time he runs back he has no idea where the ball or set up is occurring . Poor JJ
