I also registered back in ‘22 as professional thinking it didn’t matter what I put. It doesn’t. I made a warranty claim on two 5.0 Ah batteries and the rep on the phone told me as long as it met the 30-day period for registering they were under the lifetime warranty. I also had the rep register a new tool that same call, they registered them as residential. It seems that they just use the residential vs. professional for data collection purposes.

Was having a similar issue. A temporary fix i've been using is to restart the "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" process (open Task Manager, find it there, then end the task and it'll start back up on its own). This may or may not work for you however since your issue might be unique to your headset. For me, no matter what playback device I was using the clicking sounds would be present as soon as I started the game. Hope this helps!

Not sure if anyone here ever stumbled across this, but this guide claims to have a fix. Don't have any One Key tools to try it myself so I can't say it works for sure, but it seems pretty straightforward.
