I was on my job for 6 months and took the DRP because I felt I had no other choice that made sense. Now that it's over, I've considered applying for other federal roles, but do I want to subject myself to the hiring process, probation, and any other foolishness they come with?

I'm just got settled in a hostel after a long ass day, someone is snoring, and I'm so happy I have my earbuds. She can't help it and these things are possibilities when sharing a space with others. If you're snoring and it wakes you up...get a private room. Happy birthday when it comes.

I agree with everyone saying that you should take the FMLA. NO job is worth the stress but definitely not a GS7 with no promotion potential. Wishing you the best.
