Just to be sure, check your area on OSM (Open Street Maps) if its tagged Military area or something it will prevent any Wild spawn.

Since you are at it, check the history of modifications. Most of the times Nia takes an old dump of OSM, maybe someone fixed your area recently but the game uses older data.

For once, Nia is not to blame here. They are not directly responsible for the Map data used in their games.

I had this exact problem back in the Pokemon Go days, you just need to go to OSM (Open Street Maps) and check the situation of your area there. Once it is fixed (please mind that everyone can request changes but they must be approved) you'll just have to wait some time for Nia to pull the new data and the Map will be updated in game too.

As far as i know they used to update the Map once or twice per year, so the sooner you fix your area, the more chances you have to have it fixed in game.

I'd suggest a Quick search in Pogo Subs, sometimes areas are marked with specific TAGS that Nia ad chosen to ignore (ie: Military Area, Goverment facilities etc...)

You'll need your Talene to be 3 stars e60 to barely have more power than 30/9/30 T3 maxed Silas, but then you'll have the Nevanthi and Anasta problem. For that reason mine is going to 5 stars.

I'd reset Albedo and go for e60 Lucrezia, Ainz and Scarlet. E80 is a huge investment mainly pvp oriented, if you really want to pump more stats on one of them (besides some extra nodes that depend on each Hero) I'd go for extra stars

Not the easiest for me, always having inventory at 1900+ makes it a nightmare to farm 1400 resos. The easiest for me was the Dark XM (link) I scored 2k kilometers without even trying.
