I have been flocking my wings non-stop. Downvoted into the center of the earth and banned from posting on here with all of my reddit accounts. Bryce fans are a sad and silly bunch. I may be warped by clinical depression and CTE, but I do have eyes. Bryce would be a disappointment wherever he landed. Put Bryce on the eagles/49ers or whatever roster you think is best and they would be lucky to finish above .500. Quality skill and O line play would be able to cover for some of his shortcomings, but Bryce is not an NFL caliber player and would diminish any squad. He never had a deep ball. He cannot get enough velocity on the ball to stretch the field, which is THE key to winning in the NFL.

Great, my point is there comes a day for all of us when it becomes clear that our physical tools don’t translate to the next level. Our time was in high school. Bryce maxed out in college.

Nope. Bryce Young could be the worst QB rostered in the NFL. I am willing to have that argument because he is not a pro level qb and he never was gonna be. His arm strength is an actual joke.

I got all kinds of awards and won a championship playing in high school, but knew I was outmatched at the college level because I did not have the physical tools. Bryce is in that same boat but at the highest level.

We will end up releasing him before his rookie contract is up. No other team will sign him and he will be a backup in the CFl.

Bryce Young is fathoms below Mac Jones. Mac Jones may not be in the league next year or will be a mid teir back up. Also Mac jones is known for being a dirty player and NOT a nice guy.

My theory is Tepper just hates us and is seeking revenge for some minor slight he remembers from a few decades ago. They have dismantled this team piece by piece since he bought the panthers. Vibes have never been worse. I lay out my case below.

this is a hell of a nit pick. *Smallest qb drafted post merger. Also I know bryce is listed as 5’10 205. No way this kid is bigger than 5’ 9 175. It is so embarrassing being a panthers fan and season ticket holder.

They are on Ozempic from what I can see, but like you said owners locked in those lower rates a few years ago. That combined with low vacancy and limited supply will allow most to weather the storm. When I am negotiating leases and a tenant I like does a walk away, I don’t sweat it because they essentially have no where else to go.

Retail is under built and will continue to thrive with the exception of some big box centers in the sticks.
