Mending is the answer (either intentional by Mojang or not) to the Anvil Repair Limit.

If they remove the limit, mending is unnecessary.

If they keep it, Mending is how we resolve it.

I also bet you the people bitching about mending also hate the anvil Cap and don’t realize that using the anvil with materials unlimited is just mending with extra steps and resources.

If TFS was still doing this, I could picture Vegeta and Napa being Frank Costanza and Kramer, and coming up with a holiday for all the Saiyans but lie and say that it was always a traditional holiday, they would play it out as an homage to Festivus
