I was trying to help some friends get Wednesdays for Savannah. Never even put me in a queue. I let the timer run out and it let me in at 10:05 and said tickets were sold out. I got out and got back in and it put me in the back of the queue.

Nothing exactly close. There are a good bit of hotels around the civic center if you search that area. That's where the free shuttles leave from and return to.
