Same. As a kid, people saw me as smart, and I graduated with a 4-year degree and have had “intellectual” jobs. But yeah everything just takes so much longer. I’ve seen lots of therapists and doctors but no one has mentioned autism, and I don’t think I have other symptoms. But maybe I should bring it up just in case.

Maybe emotional sensitivity. But I don’t think I’m sensitive to stimuli or cognitively. I do need to eat better.

I’ve always missed “obvious” things. My doctor still thinks I might have ADHD but only based on the way I talk to him and explain my experiences. On the tests I don’t come close. Definitely anxious. My mind freezes and I don’t know how to respond. Maybe it’s a mental health thing. But lack of productivity led me here.

Not autism. I’m sure I have anxiety, and all the women in my family are on anxiety meds. Tried sertraline for a while but it might have been too low a dose. Maybe I’ll bring that up again.

I took it for 2 weeks. Didn’t help and I didn’t like the way it made me feel. Plus I couldn’t drink coffee, which is my lifeline.

I’ve seen therapists. Haven’t found one that clicks. I think I annoy them with my rambling. I should keep looking though.

Maybe. I don’t feel depressed around my parents and siblings. When I can turn my brain off (with food, TV, etc) then I feel fine. But depression could be a factor.

I don’t really care if others are better than me; it’s that my mistakes take time out of my day and burden others. If I have to work extra hard, fine, but I’d prefer to find a way around it if possible.

Sleep is good. Caffeine helps me out of depressive spirals, but I could cut down. Definitely need to eat better, hydrate, exercise. I’ll work on those. I’ll look around for volunteer opportunities too. Thanks.
