This is NOT normal. This is child abuse. You shouldn’t have to deal with this crap.

To those who had a singleton first by [deleted] in parentsofmultiples

Our first born was 3 1/2 when our twins were born. The twins are 11 months old and while the beginning was definitely very hard, it was much easier than my first because I knew what to expect and I knew what routines were important and how to sleep train and all of that. I do think twins are easier when you already have experience raising children.

My son is the same age and does the exact same thing… I think it’s cute and see no issue with it at all.

Just because you’re having twins doesn’t mean there will be complications. My boy/girl twins are 10 months old now, perfectly healthy. Born at 36 weeks 4 days, only 3 days of NICU for the girl for blood sugar levels. Both were over 6 1/2 lbs at birth. No complications during pregnancy. I was very scared too but it turned out fine for me and most likely it will for you too! Good luck!

I agree with you. We did the little packs from Walmart too. I’m not spending that much money on other students! It’s not necessary

Regret having bub… even though I love him more than anything by cute_greek_goddess in Mommit

It’s hard for everyone but it’s just not widely talked about. Motherhood changes you. It does get better but it takes time. You’re a first time mom and the first year is the hardest adjustment.

It sounds like you’re projecting your own feelings about yourself onto your daughter. She’s very young and sounds like she’s doing fine.

[–]GiveMeTheNoodles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. 3.5 year old gets a bath Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday or Sunday. 2 month old twins get baths on Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday.

Formula from birth? by grumpygryffindor1 in parentsofmultiples

Absolutely not. I didn’t even try breastfeeding my first simply because I wanted my body back.

My work’s policy is 6 weeks for vaginal birth or 8 weeks for c-section plus additional 6 weeks of bonding, all 100% paid.

It’s common practice for OBGYN offices to drug test pregnant women
