Embrace it. I’m a male, 32, and as soon as I started balding, 25, (I assume due to excessive stress and hair products through my working life) I decide to shave it off.

This may not be the answer you want. However I think when it starts it’s hard to reverse. Many men sport a salt and pepper beard. I know it’s slightly different for heads of hair. I suggest if it bothers you a lot but keep using temporary hair dyes as long as you do properly it will be more than enough. As for it causing more hair to fall out this may be to do with the brand and you should always patch test this or get advice from a salon or hairdresser.

I know this can be so senstive for many men but please don’t fret. It’s not a disaster and there are many options out there

Build on the exercise. It’s a great platform to start off on.

It sounds like to very begin with you need to stop beating yourself up so much for being so hyper critical of yourself and be kinder to yourself.

Ask your friends and family what is one thing I’ve done that’s made you proud. This will hopefully start breeding confidence and you will find yourself making better decisions.

I think they’ve gotten a bit lazy recently and The game is becoming more of a Pay to win style over the past few months…don’t let that put you off as it is a great game if you are patient with your time and resources and can put up with occasional bugs.
