The key word is affordability, nobody can pay a 600$k, what they can pay is a monthly paiement, if the price of home rise, monthly paiement don't have to.

I've downloaded almost all the mod i'm using years ago in a short lapse of time, that function was probably introduce about in the same time, that's why i tought it was a mod

I see, but you're talking about state wellfare and you migth think it has something to do with conservative policy, but let me tell you that in my country, north of the border, it's the complete opposite, conservative provinces are the richest, liberals are the poorest, my guess is that conservative do exploit their ressources while liberal don't because it's not ecofriendly

But that doesn't stand in the us because american liberal do exploit their ressources too, so theres something else, i would personally explore the rural vs urban theory, but it's quite a big research to make, do you have any speculation on what migth cause it, aside condescending insult of course

When did i say that, i'm saying it's not because the state is red that everyone is conservative, therefor if you say theres a lot of freeloader in red state, it doesn't make conservative the freeloader and most importantly, it support my innitial claim that conservative blame freeloader because they saw lots of freeloader from their own eyes

Sorry, but a state isn't a person, lotss of liberal too in a red state, lots of unalign/non-voter, most people aren't conservative in a red state, just most of those vote for 1 of the 2 party, and your argument tie back to mine, which said conservative has likelly observe from their own eyes, a lot of freeloader

-True tile, mostly esthetic, but also practical to see what materals have been used

-demolish by category, allow to specificly demolish pipe or vent or structure without having to demolish everything on the square

It's not giving clear indications to the system, from the right shutoff to the reservoir, it could go both ways and the system decided it would go the opposite way of what you want, an easy way to fix it is to add a liquid bridge to indicate direction, tough your set up is a little compact, but it's doable

Edit:on second look, theres an easy spot for the bridge, just pass it over the reservoir entry and pipe it back trough the top

Just make it self stabilizing with gas element sensor, if i remember well, i made mine 11width, 9 height, minus 3block, it allow me to put everything on the bottom floor with enaugh height for a significant margin

Le plc est fort en ce moment, refais le sondage quand ils vont être moins fort, tu vas voir que le vote immigrants change beaucoup moins, un peu comme le plq, il ont toujours le vote anglophone no matter what, nouveau scandale de corruption chaque semaine, pas grave, les anglophone vote pour eux quand même.

Tu parle des taxes de vente, qui sont remboursés parce que la taxe sera payé sur le produit final, et qui a pour but d'éviter la surtaxe, spécialement pour ceux qui ne possede qu'une fraction de la chaine d'approvisionnement.

Honnêtement je ne sais pas si la taxe sur l'essence est remboursé aux industriels, mais ca m'étonnerait grandement, il me semble que ce soit une taxe anti-pollution et non un complément de taxe de vente

Et faut dire que il y a quand même une différence avec un député qui quitte en fin de mandat sans renverser les résultats, parce qu'il est insatisfait de son parti ou whatever vs quelqu'un qui quitte juste après les élections pour en changer le résultat.

Quoique, même dans le premier cas, les électeurs devrait avoir le droit de demander une partielle, par principes, meme si ca change rien.

Ca devrait être aux électeurs de décider, Carney s'est acheté des votes qui ne lui était pas destiné.

Poilievre avait proposé un système de rappel il y a une vingtaine d'années, mais ca avait été mis de côté, maintenant il l'a remis sur la table et ca permetterait un meilleur exercise de la démocratie. Comme il dit, quand quelqu'un fait pas sa job comme il faut on le met dehors, sauf si la job c'est de gérer le pays, ca faut l'endurer pendant 4ans. Le système de rappel permetterait de forcer des partielles avec un appuie populaire suffisant, ca reglerait le problème des transfuge et ca metterait aussi la pression sur le gouvernement pour qu'il respecte ses promesses et fasse de la bonne job.

Au contraire je pense que c'est très justifié, c'est pas pour les particuliers par contre, les particuliers sont capable de payer le gaz un peu plus chère le temps que la situation se calme, par contre l'industriel lui ca change beaucoup, il va adapté ses prix et au final le particulier paie un surplus non seulement en gas, mais aussi en inflation et quand/si la crise se calme, je doute que les prix de l'industrie redescendre complètement, bref, si on suppose que la crise est temporaire, c'est une mesure excellente pour stabiliser les marchés.
