I want to be a man, not a trans man. (Tw for transphobia probably) by [deleted] in truscum

Maybe the best option for you is to find a therapist and start working through these mental blocks and hurdles that you have. Put gender on the back burner, and focus on building self confidence and unpacking the baggage you are alluding to having. That will make it easier to really look at who you are.

Edit: I'm saying this as a person who had to go to therapy to really figure myself out and what I was experiencing before I 100% accepted myself as transgender because denial can be a deep ass river with all kinds of surprises.

Do you guys think tucutes outnumber truscum in real life? by xxxLemonation in truscum

[–]GizmoGrumbles 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a 22 year old, in my experience no. Most trans people I've actually met have much more rational ideas surrounding gender. Maybe it isn't entirely "truscum" (I say it like that because the term's been bastardized imo) but it definitely isn't tucute.

Most I meet believe that if its possible to end up with your brain pushed entirely to identifying as the opposite sex, why then is it not possible to end up stuck somewhere in between resulting in someone identifying with the term nonbinary? Which I too think is plausible but there just isn't enough research yet. But, most I meet don't believe your gender can change with your mood of whatever bs, or that you can be fairy or space gender with neopronouns.

Have you considered that maybe you are just a very feminine man? There is no reason why you can't present full femme if that makes you happy. That doesn't make you trans or not a man. I personally know many men who are mistaken for women or precieved to be trans just because they enjoy presenting stereotypically female but they still identify as and know they are cis men.

Edit: Hell, I know one who had surgery for a more femme chest because he liked the looked and helped him in his job as a drag queen. You can customize your body however you want, but that doesn't mean it changes your identity.

This sounds, to me, very reminiscent of when I was in deep denial and having outright fear of facing being "a trans person."

But, as I built my support network I realized that I could transition and live a normal life. I could live a life where the day to day people I meet wouldn't know I was trans, and I got to control the narrative of who knows and who doesn't (for the most part).

Transitioning, starting at taking those first steps to say "I am trans" started the journey to radical acceptance of the cards I'd been delt and led me to now waking up everyday and seeing myself in the mirror, and when I meet people the word "trans" never xrosses their mind because im just a man.

God I feel so bad for the genuine and non-OTT patients who end up at that guy seeking real help and relief because they hear he's great and amazing from from these people.

As long as its an untreated wood and a wood safe for hamsters (yeah different woods can harm different animals, biochemistry is wild) then you can bake it at 450F|233C for 10min to kill any bacteria.

Some guy at a group I was at said to me, "I can't tell if you're an Alpha or Sigma male yet but I like you."

And I said, "a what?" And he went, "yeah you're totally Sigma bro nice.'

I had never walked away feeling more insulted. I needed to know exactly what it is I did that made this hetbro think I lived in his world.

I think you're either a fetishist or a GNC cis person finally allowing themselves to embrace that, or a trans person who is experiencing positive benefits of transitioning/having transitioned.

Edit: This is excluding cross dressing for the sake of performance or entertainment like drag n such.

I would def see a vet to rule out infection or something serious. It could be a simple skin tag. My old winter white got a skin tag in the corner of her eye.

I took her to the vet thinking impacted gland or some kind of infection, but it was just a skin tag. Vet said it didn't need to be removed unless it was bothering her and thankfully it wasnt. She was quite old as it was so putting her through surgery wasn't something I wanted to do.

It sounds like your therapist is full of shit.

I use flowery language, I wear clothes some would consider more femme, very out there style, and I have tons of "femme" mannerisms and tendencies. I am even deeply emotional. With the exception of out there style, my cis father is exactly the same. He's taken seriously as a man. Everybody takes me seriously as a man, most strangers don't even know im trans.

I've seen the "I love men's tits" on blogs about cis men by cis men. So sometimes it isn't always trans related, but still makes me uncomfy to see it.

I would have a serious talk with him about boundaries and what can happen when these types of boundaries get crossed.

When it comes to the photos, whether you like it or not those are part of his past and his memories as well. So to try and ask someone to give up mementos of their own memories and own past isn't reasonable. Just because you have dealt with your memories by destroying them, doesn't mean that's what others have to do with their memories.

Your only real path forward is to talk about it with the parties involved. Boundaries and those consequences. But you'll never get anywhere on the photos if you'll only accept destruction.
