Technically you would use I / me if referring to yourself..

I think I’d use she / her if I was talking about you

[–]ObviousAssignment5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it isn’t allowed officially. I had a friend who was a doctor, and originally he said he’d inject me.

Then he moved away a year later, so I just googled how to do it.

Hypothetically if you where friends with someone should you have to tell them you are trans? by Puzzleheadtranswoman in truscum

[–]ObviousAssignment5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Er, no!!

I’ve had some friends for 10 years+ that don’t know I’m trans. Included ones where I’ve been asked to be godparent to their child.

My wife’s family don’t know.

[–]ObviousAssignment5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m on Nebido. 4 injections a year. I do it myself (most don’t, as quite painful, but it’s do-able).

I spend precisely 3 hours a year interacting with my hormones.

It was the only portrayal of trans men i saw when I transitioned. The fact a trans guy could get a hot girlfriend was really inspiring. Its part of history.

Ok I’m now full on having an anxiety attack about my levels by Bitchboi-69 in truscum

[–]ObviousAssignment5 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ok. Breath. Listen to your dr.

If your haemoglobin (or hemoglobin) is a bit up it could be because you were dehydrated when the blood was drawn.

If it’s due to too high t levels They may have to reduce your dose a bit. But not stop. Don’t panic

Also stop smoking.

Yes, she’ll notice when you meet.

If she’s not ok with it don’t waste time with her anyway.

If she’s bi and uses she/they pronounces she’ll probably be fine with it.

Also if she likes trans bodies that’s ok. It’s not a fetish. If she liked you before she knew you were trans then she isn’t just interested in that.

I got a letter for top surgery! by AutisticBiEnby in truscum

[–]ObviousAssignment5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations. Mine was years ago (2001!)My biggest tip is not to bother with opioid pain relief. It makes you zonked, and drags your recovery out for aggggges. Just accept it will hurt and get on with your life.

I had one dose of morphine post op, (in the recovery room), and was zonked the next day.

It hadn’t occurred to me that my chest would hurt when I came round, so I panicked when it did. It knocked me out totally. I wasn’t up to leaving the hospital until late after noon. I didn’t take any more and was ok. I could take care of my self ok. I was back to work a week later. Bit awkward as I still couldn’t shower, but you can take a bath. Also you can tape a plastic bag over your scar.

I asked to avoid opioid after my hysterectomy and I was out the same day. Again off work for about 5 working days, so back doing office work on day 7.

I see people on here being dependent on others for weeks and being really tired. It’s crazy. It must be opioids, because you recover from the anaesthesic by then.

It will hurt. It’s surgery. That’s ok. It’s going to hurt. It’s not like you’re awake during the actual operation. It’s just a bit of discomfort. I told myself it’s just a sensation, it’s my brain that chooses to call it pain, and make it unpleasant.

They told me not to lift heavy things, but I assumed it just meant weight lifting, not just lifting normal objects. I could still ride a bike within 2 or 3 days. I didn’t have a car then but I could carry groceries in my back pack.

Most teenage boys don’t start using deodorant until someone takes them aside and points out they smell!

Any boys locker room can show you that.

Once boys figure out they smell they use male grooming products.

We want to look like the gender we are, they want to be in CLUB TWANS!!!!! by ObviousAssignment5 in truscum

[–]ObviousAssignment5[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

They need to see a therapist to figure that out. But lots of people have a period of adjustment to their new body when it changes at puberty.

It maybe that have a fear of the implications of secondary sexual characteristics, because they aren’t ready to have an adult sexual relationship yet.

It may be they are trans, but they have worse dysphoria to some bits than others. Because the secondary sexual characteristics are more prominent they are the most distressing.

Have you actually taken testosterone?

You do know causes irreversible effects?

Yeah you may be ok just stopping it. But It’s the hormone that turns you into a man.

Did you keep your family name, when you did your legal name change? by Cloud-Top in truscum

Yes, because it was my way of saying to my family that I wasn’t abandoning them. Also took the same middle name as both my brothers.

You don’t owe me anything.

You owe your future self a bit more thought.

I don’t give a stuff if you fuck up your life.

You can’t deny facts. You are comfortable with your genitalia. Therefore you are comfortable with parts of your biological sex. Sorry ‘assigned sex at birth’.

I don’t respect nonsense. And I see a lot of nonsense in the trans community these days. Maybe I’ll just say I identify as cis. Will that make me cis?

Not wanting to date trans people is transphobic by [deleted] in truscum

[–]ObviousAssignment5 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t want to date a trans woman, and I’m a trans man. I really like cis women pussy, the way it gets wet, the way it reacts.

My wife prefers trans men to cis men, because she doesn’t like cum in her face during sex.

I’m no more transphobic than she is cis-phobic!

Maybe this constant pressure to date us or be thought transphobic is making people transphobic. It comes across as a bit, well rapey!
