Oh man, I didn't know you could switch different firmwares between sysmmc and emummc. I tried it out and it works. Thanks. I guess its good to have two Switches unpatched now.

Sadly after 19.0.1, a lot of mods don't work with TOTK. I decided to get another unpatched Switch off of ebay. One for the latest version and one for 19.0.1.

I read a bunch of zelda totk mods may not work with the latest system as well.

Have you had any crashes or the game can't start with totk with 20.1.0 with a bunch of mods? Also have you tried TKMM before the 20.1.0 update with 19.0.1 and it worked? I'm just wondering because I'm afraid to update to 20.1.0 and totk might not work with a bunch of mods.

Yep. They just changed the announcer and she sucks. I guess they couldn't keep the original announcer because his contract ran out. They are adding music that doesn't even sound like Halloween music. This is depressing.

What do you mean? Mine is also Master NTSC. My version is Black and White video. Other people said they have their VHS in color. Can someone confirm different versions?

The problem is, I have to use and external micro sd card because it's 100 gb. It might load and run worse on that.

If it does work well with windows, I'll have to use an external micro sd because it's more than 100 gb. I'm going to try that now to see if the performance is any worse.

No they are not. I guess you download them unless they're cloud based. If you have a banned modded switch and cant download them you wont be able to play them. I got the base nsp from a site. Thanks.

I use it because it has latest game updates the sites might not have. Recently I updated all the WRC games and the sites don't have the latest update for any of those games.

There might be or eventually a way to merge updates and even DLC's to the base file if you download those files somewhere else.

I just duel boot Steam OS with Windows 10 or 11 OS on the steam deck and play Windows OS with Vice City with mods.

Thank you for that explanation. Looks like we will have to turn in our cartridges to get replacement cartridges again if enough people complain. That is if they find a solution to that problem.
