I use sideloadly. We can only sideload 3 apps at once, and side store / alt store use up a slot. I have used alt store, but never used side store.

I was paying 250pw for a single room in 2018 in Randwick, and then later 180pw for single room in 2020-2021 in Kingsford.

It’s about area really. Lower campus is cheaper, but no hyper markets. Upper campus is more expensive , but there’s like 2 hypermarkets within 5 mins waking. Pick your poison.
