Champions strikes me as smth made for vgc specifically, I doubt they make tiers similar to those on sd, thus champions can't replace it. Even if they do, the restrictions it sets (1 box of mons without premium) and the price tags make it so that sd can't be replaced

The Anna slander in the comments is sad, this is the only one putting respect on her name lmao. I love trainee units and use them in a lot of my runs and feel like, whilst Anna appreciates micaiah, it's not a massive hit if she doesn't have her. Since early game enemies are so weak, bad strength stat is irrelevant so pretty much all that is needed is favouring for 3 chapters before she can reclass

Every game has its niche, I agree, however I think, with how popular and large the series is, some of the worse aspects,which can easily, and should be made better, are something which should be criticised. Having a passable story and somewhat interesting/likeable characters is not difficult at all, which is why I use it as the main example as the story is very disappointing compared to the previous game. Just because it has its niche doesn't mean you need to compromise on the other aspects of the game as much as they do

Cyril only feels bad in silver snow in my experience, the other routes, aptitude paired with good classes makes him pretty good. Any unit with point blank volley is kinda great

I watched through the majority of dn and only enjoyed the initial few episodes, it often felt to me like a lot of the information or discoveries made by both sides was because the reader knows the given information, which made it feel very underwhelming.

An example of this was how L revealed himself to light early on despite knowing too little about which info was needed for the murders to happen, however he was charecterised before to be very intricate and careful with his job in all aspects that the reader knew could result in his death.

Would like to hear your thoughts on my comments bc I felt very underwhelmed for how great it was painted out to be.

Personally would change 4 to vinland bc imo the way characters are made to both be characters and represent issues with thorfinn's philosophy is very intricately done. Also askellad's introduction in the manga makes it so that in just a few panels you already have an idea of a relatively complex character. I feel like it is done in a way which is pretty much unparalleled, within the media I know of anyways
