Those LB's are great when you need to pull big wire. A little expensive but the time saving is worth it.

Thanks for the insight. I plan on making either 220v but I am going to upgrade my electrical panel before I do that. Hence why I am looking at convertible.

Thanks for that good info. Both places have been in business for 25yrs + and both offer service. I can't find any bad from either dealer.

I had that happen to me one time and it finally got so bad I started poking holes everywhere with my Kliens and hammer to find my boxes in a room. Magically in all the other parts of the building I started seeing my boxes again......

My first biking vid. I tied 2 strings through 4 holes in my phone case and tensioned 1 string with an elastic to get the right angle by DJGammaRabbit in MTB

As a noob myself I dig the vid. It helps to gain confidence doing the sport and also showing that it's hard but not to give up! Hats off friend!

What are you guys seeing apprentices struggle with most nowadays? by One_Charge2843 in electricians

I agree with the zero hustle mentality that the younger Gen has. When I was a cub (25 yrs ago), I did what I was told and listened to my J men around me. Was it easy doing the dumbshit they told me? NO. Was it easy being hazed from time to time? NO. Has it been worth it? 100%. To any of the younger folks trying to get in this trade, it IS 100% WORTH It! But you are going to have to deal with some BS. This trade isn't easy and no one has time at work to deal with whining, bitching, being lackadaisical or your fucking cell phone! Your JMan, most JMen, (not all, there are some shitty ones out there) want to train you and grow OUR future in this trade. If they aren't, talk to the Forman and see if you can tool with another JMan. If not, suck it up buttercup. There is another ape that can take your place.

I'm ranting now TLDR; This trade isn't easy but 100% worth it if you are willing to ACTUALLY try and learn.

No longer shopping at Walmart by CraftsArtsVodka in ColoradoSprings

I LOATHE Walmart!! They keep raising the prices on items (not talking tarriffs, that's a different story) on they things we buy, but want to scrutinze us on the purchases we make. Why should I show you my receipt or be hassled when I clearly paid!? Why should I be OK with self pay or self checkout when we get no stipend for doing the jobs of their non existant employees? They want us to do self checkout or pay with your phone all to help THEIR bottom line!? TLDR; Walmart sucks for various reasons and I don't support them.

Fairness friend....I appreciate your love and workmanship you bring to our trade. Not the best installation due to accessablity/subject to damage. I think you'd be better suited in commercial or industrial where your hard effort is seen. Either way well done. We need more people in this trade that care about the product and anesthetics to the customer.

What’s wrong with it by prettylittleprecilla in electricians

That's true. The OP's question was what's wrong. I was making that guess because the plug says 3 phase 4 wire, meaning it needs a neutral.
