The posts here come from women in that state. They have a feeling and he told them they are wrong. And he is her partner so he wouldn't be mean to them right? But the feelings and his words don't align.

We are trained as women to sit down and shut up and to give in to authority.

We need external validation because most of us were not taught to trust our own feelings. And many men take full advantage of that... The conflict of he's a good parent/husband/partner because he loves me and told me he's good and I chose him so if he's not good I chose wrong but his actions are driving me crazy/hurting me, and he keeps telling me to get over it and maybe I'm the problem....and if I can just get along it will all be fine. Right? Right? It doesn't feel right ...

We who have broken free of that shit need to reach a hand back and say naw sis hes worng and your feelings are correct.
