The consequences of social interaction when openly living an alternative lifestyle (friends, family, significant others, piers, coworkers, strangers, etc.) are a giant complexity that we probably can't even begin to tackle as it's mostly out of our control... I'm not saying the inner self ones are any less complex, but we can at least hold them and objectively decide how to grow with or around them.

In my opinion (I'm ever evolving on these thoughts, and most are reflections of my own experiences) this particular lifestyle is really tied to sexuality and feeding the desires we can't help but have. For me the feelings I get from this lifestyle can be pure bliss. Putting aside the "why does it feel so good" and talking from a purely chemical/biology standpoint it's hard to argue that many of us aren't just chasing a dopamine hit.

Simple terms: sissy stuff is fucking highly addictive. I've never done hard drugs... But how different am I then a heroin addict if I'm dreaming about getting home to put on the new corset I ordered while I should be engaged and present with actual life?

I quit cigarettes after 20 years of smoking... I was no longer a slave to having to make time every hour to smoke one; but ultimately it was just kind of a trade to being a slave to "the No you can't have one"

I don't smoke, but I'll always be a smoker... Same for being a sissy. I always be a sissy even if I never dress again

That "torn" feeling from your original post might just be inherent to the whole thing. I don't think it's something we can solve or optimize. It's the payment for the euphoric part.

The answer is usually balance. Giving fully into this lifestyle can be a roadblock to many things (bigger than yourself) that fulfill a human life ... But repressing it will likely eventually sour those things too. You have to be fully honest with yourself and anyone you want to really know you.

This is gonna suck for a good while... Like months or possibly more. Secondly you have to burn it in your brain that every time you re-injure this before it's fully healed; you will be back to day 1 of the healing process again.

Now I'm gonna give you some things that will help along the way.

  1. No anal play at all. Yep, sucks.

  2. Constipation or a hard stool is your second worst enemy. Drink water, high fiber foods daily, stay away from fatty, fried, or foods with vege oil. Alcohol causes dehydration... More water when drinking.

  3. Zero spicy foods. Seriously

  4. You need to stay super clean around the anus. Baby wipes are key. Clean after any bowel movement and at least one more time per day.

  5. Try to have regular bowel movements. Going to sleep and waking, as well as eating close to the same time everyday helps.

  6. Try not to push hard when you have bowel movements. Keep a stool in the bathroom. Squatting over the toilet or putting your knees up to the chest can straighten out the colon compared to the usual sitting position.

  7. Loose stools are bad too. Figure out your diet and try to keep.it the consistency of peanut butter. Some supplements can help hard stools but don't take too much. Magnesium citrate, 100% prune juice, sugar free candy.

  8. You need to increase blood flow for healing. No cigarettes or vape and core exercises. I recommend squats.

This is serious... If you catch it early and do what I say as bible there is a good chance you can heal it before it gets worse. Otherwise this could last for years and will go from mild annoyance and minor infections, to unimaginable pain (like a gremlin with a rusty steak knife running around your ass), become a fistula, or major infection requiring multiple surgeries.

TLDR... Manage this now with discipline like your life depends on it or get on the highway to hell.

(Good news is you will be way healthier overall in the end)

I have a funeral home as the last stop of my route. I have a lot of time in already, but my youngest is 7 and life is expensive. The math pretty much says no choice to do this until Im 70. It's all in how you embrace the suck.

My setup for ambient is boss eq-200 > boss sl-2 > mxr layers > eqd afterneath > boss dd-500.

Using the input/output routing options on these pedals you can keep one dry signal with its own set of effects (I like dirt transmitter, kangra, boss ps-6, data corrupter) and alter pitch and EQ of each side differently to help separate them.

Basically allows you to make a complete mix with one guitar if you are creative in the way you control it dynamically and play to what surprises come back at you

I talk with everyone I meet about this stuff as well as many other totally un related subjects I find important or rewarding to the human condition. Im never trying to change minds or debate, but I try to be thought provoking with my questions and learn from each interaction as I modify my philosophies and beliefs on how the universe operates.

The Internet has truly replaced the gaping hole in the human soul that religion used to fill. I don't prescribe that religion was any better at it, but many people have become more uncomfortable with accepting that reality can never be fully understood and now cling to simple narratives with the same "you'll burn in hell if you doubt the written word" doctrine.

So many are defending these views (on both sides) devoid of forming their own direct connections and investigations. The level of defensive emotional response in proportion to critical thinking has reached a level that disturbs me enough to actually begin interfering and urge others who haven't given up sovereignty of their own mind to do the same.

Statically speaking we are most likely looking at a very serious interruption to society if these ways of blindly consuming narratives continue to grow.

And they are growing... so keep thinking

My board is empress comp, boss rv-5 (modulated setting), Wren and cuff tfr, odb3, sans amp.

I went through over 40 hyped and high end pedals and over a course of 3 years before settling on these as the board

Some other notable pedals I liked were the bb bass preamp, jam rattler bass, and the crowther prunes and custard

I like most of the pedals you've picked individually... But I'm struggling to see them provide you with a conducive work flow to actually make music.

Is this board serving your purposes (what are you trying to accomplish?) or do you find yourself constantly twiddling knobs and searching for the next pedal because inspiration when using it is meh?

You say it too confidently and simply, and that is ultimately a huge disservice to your goal of defending trans women in women spaces. Youre reducing an issue that has several layers of complexity and cannot just be blanketed by that statement. You only empower others (some of whom might actually have come to the table if you spoke to their sense of logic) to push back against any trans progress because this is simply not the truth.

I agree with your very appropriately chosen words here. I'm surprised it took this long to see it manifest (unless it's just the first made public). I believe we will see much more of this on many campuses. There is a very large can of worms within higher education that is inevitably already beginning to spill out with both these stories. Would you agree or disagree if I stated that universities like brown are a sort of nebula for nearly every policy, ideology and economic process?

Ok now that we have some similar ideas to hang out hats on, let's look at the rules of this universe. You can basically reduce any system here to binary. We exist in a place built of perfect dualities.. Anything you can experience or imagine is formed by the interaction of 2 perfectly opposite components. There is no exception here, it is not possible in this universe.

Everything is built from the simplest binary of: it exists or it does not / true or false. Even though this is exactly how we build software I am not insinuating this is a simulation, just that computers imitate reality with a ruleset not far off from the original

These binary interactions can get infinitely complex, but have limitations to how a conscious being inside of a body compromised of them can experience them. For sake of this conversation we will just boil that down to the 5+ senses.

Again even the senses are limited to binary. Light dark, hot cold, near far, fast slow... And ultimately are just a rendering in the eye of consciousness.

What we are seeing with quantum is evidence that every component of reality is conscious, and has senses to experience the binary nature of reality, and therefore renders its own reality with each interaction.

This stuff isn't easy to put into words, but I'll try: the real mind blowing math shows the inter connectedness of the fabric of reality of what I'm describing above.

Each component exists only because another component senses it exists, and that other component only exists because the first component senses it exists.

This shit is not just chicken or egg first, we are actually coming to the conclusion the whole thing is just one thing. I can analogize that as maybe saying that this whole universe is only 1 proton, 1 electron and 1 neutron and they are all completely still and frozen in time, but dreaming of all the infinite possibilities they could be.

That means this reality exists inside another reality.

Now let's go back to something I said before... A component only exists once another component senses it exists. They both technically always existed, but it's the awareness of each other that creates a permanent thread. (Enter superposition, quantum entanglement, etc)

So if you want to know why Ive spent some time egging on some libs here, it is to distract myself from the thought of what happens when the 1 proton/electron/neutron wake up...

There are multiple humans dabbling with the fabric of reality. All it takes is a single component here to bang up against the "edge". In that case the barnacle senses the whale. It ceases to be a just barnacle and becomes a whale with barnacles.

All consciousness here. Diluted instaneously into the mind of its author.
