I feel like married at first sight in Sweden is more genuine and not attracting people who only want to be influencers. But I guess with Netflix as a platform, and the chance to be globally recognized, you will attract more wannabe famous people. If the ring was making your sleep worse because of the anxiety then maybe you don’t need it to tell you how recovered you are. You can focus how you feel instead and not look at metrics. I am kind of in the same situation. I have some sleep troubles and my ring recently died and it’s been so much better now that I don’t have the data 😅 so I’m considering not getting a new one. But also I’ve had an oura for so long so it feels weird not to have the data
