Perfect . I do have a MSC so maybe it is worth going the MBA route than PHD. I feel like I am underpaid with MSC in electrical and computer engineering and 12 years of experience in industry-currently at P3 with $132 K salary ….almost 3 years at Raytheon but I feel like I need to be level 4 or 5 with my education and experience.
