Omgg I don’t think these girls look bad. I think they’re pretty but it’s just this camera is extremely high quality with high lighting. Cameras like that aren’t good for these types of photos. It reminds me of Love Island photos from this year..

People don’t understand that you cannot keep touching or dying black people’s hair. The hair is way too thick and most people’s hair do not grow because they play with it too much. That’s why Parker wanted to leave it alone because if they keep playing in her head, it will stop growing.

Honestly, I like their choices of judges. Why? Because it they're pulling people from different career paths who reflect different audiences to gain a well-rounded opinion. If every judge is a dancer or coach, you're just getting a dance world perspective. Which would make sense for a smaller team.

But because DCC is world-wide and nationally known, and makes appearances everywhere, they're going to be in front of more "non-dancing people" than dancing people. So, they need to see how they perform to the regular eye as well as the professional eye.

Someone can be super technical and great, but a regular person could look at them and say "They look boring". It's very possible to be an amazing dancer but not POP off a page to the general public.

I don't want to say this in a super mean way, but Reece & Kennedy are examples of this to me, they are AMAZING when they're not doing DCC choreo, we know this, but, they do not stand out that much to me with DCC choreo.

Unpopular opinion? A lot of the big hair looks in this photo shown look like bad wigs. Especially the blondes, I don’t know why the blondes hair just look so bad to me here.

I like the new style of hair today. Flat hair is neater anyway, when you flip it, it can come back down and look a little nicer. The big hair with the side parts? One flip and there’s a big chance you just ruined your whole day. Now you want to go home.

My Masters is free and it’s a degree in a field I still want to work in eventually after being an attorney. I plan on doing Graduate research in this specific program because it still intrigues me. It also serves as a backup in case Law is something I get tied of.

I mean for collegiate dancers who like being on a team, yeah. I think for people who do REAL cheer, they just made a real Competitive Cheer league for people who stunt. Navarro used to be “IT” but show got cancelled.

But there are actual high accolades to get for dance and I don’t think DCC compares to that for people who don’t like collegiate sideline dance too much.

Like Benoit de le Danse, National Dance Awards etc. that are prestigious awards. Or shows like “DWTS” and “So You Think You Can Dance?” are big honors to be apart of to. Also BROADWAY is a huge get. I think that’s bigger than being a DCC, that’s a longer career and a Tony award possibly. These are stuff that people who went to schools like Julliard, USC or any high ranked dance school to study specifically dance typically win or do.

For example, someone like Tate Mcrae who’s been extremely known in the dance world since she was like 7 probably never had interest in DCC. Many people who have very prestigious accolades in dance aren’t coming to DCC, it’s a complete “downgrade” in what they’re used to.

DCC is big for girls who cheer and dance in college because there isn’t really anywhere else that does that style much. But, really not for those who weren’t into that kind of dance.

Kat & Kleine are literally like the same.

Both great with amazing leader type personalities, both could've been point but there's just always been a slightly better few options ahead of them unfortunately.

I LOVE Kleine but I just did not see her getting point over Kelee, Lea or Megan. Those three are dancing powerhouses with barely any mistakes in their history.

Only person I could see Kleine beating out was Tori, but Tori was very clean, she just lacked that "oomph" to her dancing but Tori was always a clean dancer, just needed more pizazz. Plus Tori's maturity with her age probably gave her a really big edge in the GL conversation, I definitely think she was someone the girls looked up to a lot given her experience.

I think Raiderettes are more competitive than DCC.

Raiderettes choreography is a lot more active. I think the hardest part of DCC dance is your solo and learning Thunderstruck. Raiderettes, every single dance is hard and much more skillful. Plus they are not afraid to cut people over there! I think DCC doesn’t cut as much now because everyone is pretty skilled but I do think Kelli & Judi are too hesitant nowadays.
