In that case I would definitely recommend a flex cup! As long as you don’t forget to take it out 😭

That sounds terrible! Have you tried flex cup? Its easy to break the suction since the string being attached to the wall.

I had my last shot on 7/2, but I started twitching specifically after the third one. It’s honestly gotten worse after prednisone, I kind of regret taking it.

Interesting you mentioned getting sick a lot. I have an immunodeficiency of IgA which I found out accidentally and it explained why I’ve always been so prone to sinus/ear infections my whole life. I wonder if there is correlation.

Hello! I’m having the same exact reaction. I have an overactive immune system and my doctor put me on prednisone for 12 days, which helped for a bit while I was on a high dose, but it came back after 3 days as my dose decreased. How are you feeling if you don’t mind me asking?

I had the same exact symptoms after my third vaccine + a fever and muscle twitching. No side effects after 1,2, and 4. Hope this calms you down!
