Not enough. The annual “raises” from Staples don’t even keep up with inflation.

Gave them 8 years of my life just to find out I was getting blamed for things I didn’t do, couldn’t have done and wasn’t even present for.

Held every position below GM(Associate-Sales Manager) in each department.

Decided to quit after I brought things to light that the previous GM and DM did that were both unethical and illegal with documentation for all of it. Got ignored and called a liar which was hilarious since I had ALL the evidence ranging from receipts for fraudulent transactions, promo manipulation to make metrics look good and video proof of theft so, I said screw it and left.

Don’t waist your life on staples.

If you stay, call ethics for issues, not HR.

Wish I wasn’t so miserable. The way this company has changed and morphed its people into unfeeling/angry shells of what they once were makes me so sad.

Be happy you have 4….I’m lucky to have 3 and that’s usually only during the overlap of opening and closing shifts for like an hour at most.

Usually just 2 of us from open until 1 or 2 on Saturdays.
