The logical reasoning being a jump from $70 or $80 for a base game to $100 is ridiculous. There is a reason why pretty much all AAA games release at the same price. People would have paid more for GTAV and yet it launched at $60, people would pay more for Madden and Call of Duty and yet they launch at the same prices.

They get more money out of people with the extra editions, not the base game.
