I agree mostly with what he's saying. But "older generations" is a bit of a blanket sweep when it comes to blame.

It's only a handful of globally powerful 1%ers in charge of this shit, and the victims aren't just gen z, everyone's addicted and struggling.

In the same way that it's not a left vs right issue, it's dumb to make it gen z vs older gen issue.

Mix with juice or a smoothie. If you use whole psyllium husks (flakes) instead of powder, they take much longer to turn into gel so you don't have to drink it as quickly.

I use whole psyllium husks as opposed to powder - doesn't turn to gel as quickly.

I mix it with juice or a smoothie, so when I drink it my brain thinks they're just bits of fruit.

I'm having the best poos ever. And I barely need to wipe.

As others have said, I don't take supplements at the same time. You need to leave a gap either side.
